Shells, crispy bacon, cheese cubes, sliced olives, green onions, tomatoes, and cucumber all tossed in a creamy ranch dressing. The perfect side to go with a variety of barbecue dishes. - Pasta shells or rotini noodles
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Sour cream
- Mayo or Miracle Whip
- Ranch dressing seasoning
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cheddar cheese
- Black olives
- Green onion
How to make Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside to cool.
- While pasta is cooling, cook bacon over medium heat (or in the oven!) until browned and crispy, flipping carefully every so often. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain grease, then cut or crumble into bits.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayo, and ranch dressing mix. Stir until well-combined.
- Add the cooled pasta, bacon pieces, and remaining ingredients to the ranch mixture bowl and mix well so all ingredients are coated in the dressing. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo or Miracle Whip
- 1 oz ranch dressing seasoning (1 pkg)
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
