I don’t have much luck when it comes to baking with yeast. I’ve tried, but I never seem to be successful. So, when it comes to baking bread, I stick to quick breads. Usually of the sweet variety. And this Strawberry Banana bread with Cinnamon Chips is the best one I’ve made yet.

It’s a moist, sweet bread full of fruit and cinnamon chips. That’s right friends. Cinnamon chips. They’re kind of the proverbial icing on the cake for this bread. They just add a little something spectacularly different than the more typical chocolate chips. Also, all those glooorious strawberries. Because…strawberries are kind of the best.

Can you freeze Strawberry Banana Bread with Cinnamon Chips?

Yes! You can freeze it whole, or already sliced. For best results, you want to wrap it in foil or plastic wrap, and then place in a resealable freezer-safe bag. If you are freezing slices, wrap them individually or just a couple together. It will make thawing single servings easier! Keep frozen for up to 3 months.

To thaw:

If you freeze it whole and want to thaw the entire thing, set it out on the counter for a couple of hours to thaw. Then slice and serve.

If you freeze in slices, you can set a couple of slices out on the counter for 20-30 minutes and they’ll be ready to go!
