I love a good snack mix. The trail mix types have always been my favorite, with their sweet, salty, crunchy combo. But this mix, friends…this snack mix is the creme de la creme of snack mixes. Why, you ask? Not only because it’s adorable – because it IS adorable. But because it has a big variety of colors and textures, and enough salty to balance the sweet. Oh, and did I mention that it has my all-time favorite candy – Cadbury Mini Eggs?!? That alone makes this snack mix perfection for me.

Chocolate Chex Mix
Pretzels
Cheerios
Salted Peanuts

Cadbury Mini Eggs
Pastel M&Ms
Sprinkles!

I prefer my snack mixes without a marshmallow or white chocolate coating, so that makes this super simple to put together. Put all the ingredients in a big bowl, gently stir or toss, and serve it up! You have a snack mix perfect for any spring gathering. Or, as current times dictate, to make and share with your quarantined family. I mean, if we have to stay home, why not have plenty of tasty snacks?!?
