Cranberry Jalapeno Brie Bites

Cranberry Jalapeno Brie Bites are a perfect bite-sized holiday appetizer that are easy to make for a crowd and will disappear in no time!

Ever since I made Cranberry Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip last year, I’ve had a love for cranberries and jalapeno with creamy cheese. I knew that this year I wanted to make some sort of bite-sized appetizer using crescent dough and brie, and I was originally going to use a similar topping as what I used in my Cranberry Orange Cinnamon Rolls, until I remembered the cranberry jalapeno topping from that dip. Which has been one of my most viewed posts since last year, giving my Venison Sausage Tortellini Skillet a run for its first-place money. Ha.

I’m glad that I decided to go with it, because it made these brie bites AMAZING! The tartness of the cranberries with the very slight heat of the jalapenos pair perfectly with the tangy brie. I could’ve eaten the entire batch myself. And even ate a few of them cold from the fridge and loved them almost as much as warm from the oven!

Aside from the time the cranberry jalapeno mixture sits in the fridge to soak up the flavors and sugar, these are so quick and easy to make, and you can easily double or triple the recipe if you have crowd to feed. Heck, you can even half it if it’s just a few people! No matter the size of the group, you need these on your holiday menu!
