Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 15 oz can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ - ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped (plus extra for garnish, if desired)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Blue cheese crumbles, optional

Instructions

  • Cook chicken in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Transfer to slow cooker.
  • Add beans through salt and stir to combine.
  • Place cream cheese on the top and cover.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8.
  • Once done, stir in cream cheese until well-combined. Taste and add additional buffalo sauce, if desired.
  • Ladle into individual bowls and top with additional cilantro and/or blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
