Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 salmon filets

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray; set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients except the salmon together in a shallow glass dish. Add the salmon, turn to coat both sides, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes**.
  • Remove salmon from marinade* and place on prepared baking sheet and cook approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  • Remove and serve with your choice of sides!

Notes

*You can discard the marinade OR heat it in a small saucepan to drizzle over the fish when it is done cooking.
**The longer you can marinate, the better, but if you don't have time ahead to marinate and need to get dinner done, you can do a quick 5-10 minute marinade and then heat the remaining marinade for a sauce afterwards.
