- 4 4 oz salmon fillets
- Olive oil, for basting
- 2 Tbsp Blackberry Smoky Honey Seasoning & Rub (more if you like!)
- Honey, for drizzling (optional)
Place salmon, skin-side down, on a baking pan and use a basting brush to cover the top of each piece with olive oil.
Sprinkle about ½ tablespoon of blackberry honey seasoning on top and smooth out and press down with fingers. Add more if you like, but make sure the entire top is covered, for best results.
Heat grill (gas or charcoal) to 300 degrees (no higher than 350) and place salmon on the grill, skin-side down. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then flip over and gently remove the skin. Discard skin.
Grill another 3-5 minutes, then flip again to get nice grill marks on the bottom. Cook until salmon is firm and opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of honey (optional) your favorite side dishes!
