- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 jalapeno peppers (seeds removed and coarsely chopped)
- 15- oz can chickpeas (garbazo beans) (drained)
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- juice of 1 1/2 limes
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
Add garlic and jalapenos to food process, and process until finely diced.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Serve with veggies, pita bread, crackers, etc.
