Halp! This two year old sleep regression thing is about to kill this mama. Add to that an upset tummy or tummy bug for the toddler and, let’s just say that last night was a long one. Like, 4 a.m. long. Mama is tired. So very tired. Send Starbucks.
It’s been a long week, and next week will be longer with a board meeting for work coming up, BUT! My boss is awesome and has generously offered to let J and Nat come and stay the weekend with me at the resort we are having the meeting at, once it’s over. So, we’ll have a nice little family weekend after the work part is done. This weekend, however…I need to get so. much. done. And it’s so hard to wrap my head around that to-do list when I am so utterly exhausted that I can barely focus on reading an email at work, much less completing related tasks or thinking about all I need to get done this weekend.
At least I already had the menu plan done. And in case you are tired and still have menu planning to do, maybe you can get some ideas from mine, even though it’s a short one!
Sunday – Cheesy Garlic Burgers with Lemon Butter Zucchini Noodles
Monday – Summer Cobb Salad with Lime Vinaigrette
Tuesday – Venison Carne Guisada
Wednesday – Turkey & Spinach Meatballs for J and Nat while I’m gone
Thursday – Saturday gone for work and family weekend – eating resort food!
