It’s December, y’all!! We got our tree up this weekend and went to our first (well, only besides work) Christmas party, and I am pretty much done with Christmas shopping, short of a few small things! That, my friends is how I like to start of Christmas month!! I also got some cleaning done, and my menu plan – woot!!
I call that a successful weekend, right there. What I haven’t done yet is plan our Christmas Eve or Christmas Day menus…so, I should probably get on that. I am actually excited that Natalie will have more of an idea of what is going on this year, and enjoy participating in the festivities. That also means I want Christmas Eve with our little family to be extra special for her, food and all. Lots to consider.
But, I do have the weekly menu plan to share, at least!!
Sunday – Roasted Chicken & Winter Veggies with Maple Cider Vinaigrette
Monday – Tuna Poke Bowl
Tuesday – Chipotle Beef Tacos
Wednesday – Chicken with Prosciutto, Brie, and Arugula, Couscous
Thursday – Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole
Saturday – Philly Cheesesteak
