I can’t believe we’re already entering into May. The year has gone by so quickly already! Spring is in full swing, and with it so many season fruits and veggies to eat adn menu plan with. I love this time of year!
We have a little garden growing, and it’s already starting to produce some jalapenos and zucchini, with a mass of beets that I’m not quite sure what I’ll do with. My parents are coming to visit next weekend so I’m sure my mama will have lots of ideas. We’re also going to grill and just hang out and spend time together. I can’t wait!
