It seems that we are already at the end of the first month of 2019. How can that be? I feel like I say this a lot, but it’s been a whirlwind lately, especially this past week. I don’t know what was going on, but I was just not on my game this week.
Thankfully I already had most of this weekly menu plan done, so I only had to fill in a couple of spots. Otherwise, I’m not sure when I would have sat down long enough to focus and get it done. And the weirdest part about being so out of sorts, is that there really wasn’t anything going on that would have caused it. Just an off week. I guess we all have those now and then.

Thursday – Venison Black Pepper Stir Fry, Brown Rice
Friday – Venison Sausage Tortellini Skillet
Saturday – Oven Baked Fish Sticks, Stove-top Green Beans, Garlic Parm Orzo
