2012 was a whirlwind of a year to say the least, but it was a great year overall! The last few months have definitely been crazy and I’ve been a little absent as a result, but as 2013 kicks into gear I will be back in the kitchen and back to my regular blogging habits as well!
As this year draws to an end, I wanted to share with you the top 10 most viewed recipes of this year! It seems to be a good mix of sweet and savory, but I will have to say I was surprised by the #1 most viewed!! Thank you all so much for your continued support and I look forward to sharing many more recipes with you in 2013!
#10 Pumpkin Cinnamon Chip Cookies – These babies are perfect for the Fall baking season and will be gone almost as soon as you set them down on the table.
#9 Baked Turkey Meatballs with Sweet Peanut Sauce – I am so in love with these meatballs, it’s ridiculous. The peanut sauce is to die for, and it seems you all agreed!
#8 Baked Zucchini Fries – I have seen these flying all around the interwebs this year, from various bloggers, on Pinterest and the like…zucchini fries are all the rage!
#7 Chocolate Marshmall Reindeer – C’mon…how cute are these little guys??? Perfect for the little ones at Christmas time.
#6 Black Forest Bread – This bread was not only delicious, but by far my favorite photograph of 2012!
#5 White Pizza Dip – I wasn’t sure if this dip would ever be de-throned from the number one spot…it is wildly popular on Pinterest and makes a great football party app!
#4 Oreo Cookies ‘n’ Cream Bark – My first dessert project for the Christmas holiday season, and my first time making any sort of bark but definitely not my last!
#3 Chocolate Crinkle Cookies – Another favorite from last year that has held it’s place towards the top of the most viewed recipes list. Definitely one of my favorite cookies!
#2 Strawberry Cake Pops – Great little desserts for a Summer barbecue or kids birthday party!
#1 Buttery Dill Monkey Bread – I’m a little surprised that these made the #1 spot, not because they aren’t delicious, but because I didn’t know that monkey bread was so popular in general!!
