Sriracha Turkey Meatballs have spicy Asian kick, are healthy, full of flavor, and will please the whole family!

Original post April 2012. Content and photos updated March 2021 for improved reader experience.

The first time I posted these amazing meatballs was almost 9 years ago, on the 1 year anniversary of me writing this little blog of mine. That means, in exactly one month it will be TEN YEARS!!! I can’t believe it has been that long, and I want to thank all of you who have shared in this adventure with me.

Today is also National Meatball Day, and if you’ve been hanging around here long enough, you know how much I love meatballs. So, naturally I had to update one of my favorite meatball recipes! I made a few tweaks to the recipe, and they turned out better than ever!

I should also mention that I made these in the midst of our Texas Snowpocalypse and when they were almost done cooking, the power went off. I was nearly panicked, but then was so relieved that my new oven held the heat well enough that they finished cooking, and stayed warm.

These Sriracha Turkey Meatballs are moist, with great Asian flavors, and a hint of heat that is noticeable, but not overpowering – I mean, my 4-year-old ate them without a problem, and that child will say that something with the teeniest bit of spice is too spicy for her to eat, so…yeah. And, you can add more or less Sriracha to suit your family’s taste!

What you need to make Sriracha Turkey Meatballs

Seasoned breadcrumbs
Ground turkey breast
Green onions
Cilantro
Fish sauce

Congratulations on your blog anniversary! Sriracha makes everything better, so this has to be a dynamite recipe. I love that the meatballs are made with turkey, too. I'm adding this to menu for an appetizer party we're having next month. Making them mini size will be perfect!
