Peppermint Hot Chocolate is truly like Christmas in a cup. Creamy and chocolatey, with a perfectly refreshing kiss of peppermint.

Some people are big-time pumpkin spice lovers and wait alllll year for September to roll around so they can start indulging. I…am not one of those people. However, I am one of the people who get all giddy when it is time for allll the chocolate and mint things. Like peppermint mochas (although you can get those year ’round…) and this Peppermint Hot Chocolate. Mint and chocolate has been my favorite flavor combo since forever, so this is just a must for me.
And, it’s just too easy to not make. Sure, heating some water or milk and throwing a packet of hot cocoa mix in a cup is pretty easy, too. But guess what? This doesn’t really take longer than that, and I promise it tastes way better. Creamy, chocolatey, and the perfect amount of pepperminty bliss!
