Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip is a creamy, delicious dip with a pop of citrus flavor that pairs perfectly with an array of fruits! Next time you need a fruit dip, skip the store-bought and make this easy dip that requires only 3 ingredients!
You probably remember, as a kid, having those delicious orange creamsicle push-pops. Maybe they were Flintstones? And of course there are a variety of other popsicles and drinks, as well as desserts galore with the flavor profile of those creamy, orange-flavored treats But have you ever had it as a fruit dip??
My gawsh. If you haven’t, you need to. Immediately. Because it is delicious and SO easy to make. All you need is cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and the juice and zest of an orange. How easy is that?? And it goes well with pretty much any fruit so you can customize your platter to suit your taste.
Summer get-togethers and parties may be on hold this year, but you don’t need a party for an excuse to make this delicious Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip! Need the kiddies to eat more fruit? Add this dip to their plate, and watch all that glorious fruit be devoured. Want something sweet, without tons of extra sugar? Try this dip! (Now, I’m not saying it doesn’t have sugar, because…marshmallow fluff…but it has a bit less than other sweet treats.)
What do you need to make Orange Creamsicle Fruit Dip?
Cream Cheese
Marshallow Creme Fluff (you can find this on the baking aisle, with the marshmallows)
An orange
Lots of fruit to dip in it!
That’s it, friends! A few simple ingredients you can get at pretty much any grocery store, blend it all together, and start dipping!
Little Miss was so excited to help make this, though she quickly became more excited about eating marshmallow fluff. Ha. She had to taste test as soon as it was done, and even though she (fortunately) already loves fruit, she was excited to have a plateful right away. Mommy and Daddy enjoyed it as well, and it was a nice little sweet treat to enjoy on the back deck.
Summer has only really just begun, so there’s lots of time left to make this. Though, it doesn’t have to be summer to enjoy – it’s great any time of year, but spring and summer, especially!
