Grilling season wouldn’t be complete without Citrus-Marinated Chicken on the menu! Chicken thighs and drumsticks soak up all the citrus deliciousness in the marinade, and then get grilled to juicy perfection and topped with a reduced sauce for an extra kick of citrus!

When summer rolls around, the grills come out and everyone wants to be outside, not in the kitchen heating up the house. Hubby prefers to grill all weekend long, so I’m always trying to come up with different things for him to make, even though we often go to our ol’ stand-bys of fajitas, burgers, or sausages. However, there are a couple of new recipes that we have already made at least three times each. One of those is the Grilled Citrus-Marinated Pork Chops I shared with you a couple of months ago, and the other is this Grilled Citrus-Marinated Chicken. Do you see a theme here? Ha!
The marinade for both recipes is similar, but just a bit different with the seasonings. Both are insanely delicious, which is why we’ve made them multiple times already, and I’m sure several more times before the grill goes into hibernation for the winter.
