Each and every syrup, sauce, and smoothie is created with care and pride. Way back we started with just five syrups. Today, you can use more than 100 of our naturally flavored syrups, sauces and beverage bases in coffees, sodas, teas, smoothies, cocktails and more. And we’re excited to bring you new taste traditions and flavors as we move forward.

One of my favorite flavor combinations is chocolate and peppermint. And I also love chocolate and cherry. Peppermint mocha coffee drinks, chocolate covered cherries…some of my favorite treats this time of year. So, why wouldn’t I combine these great flavors into one amazing treat?!?

If I’m being honest, I wasn’t really sure how cherry and peppermint would pair together, but I was willing to give it a try. And let me just tell you how happy I am that I did. Because the result was better than I could have hoped for! And thanks to sponsor LorAnn Oils and Flavors for the Cherry Bakery Emulsion, because that my friends is what really made this treat extra special.

Chocolate Cherry Peppermint Bark

I came across some adorable silicone snowflake molds and I could’t wait to use them for this dark chocolate cherry and peppermint snowflake bark.  Not only are they adorable, they are delicious and refreshing. If you have any holiday parties coming up, these are the treats you want to bring and share.

Unless you are also a super fan of chocolate and peppermint and cherry….then you may want to make them, and hide in a closet and eat them all yourself. No judgment here.
