This Chicken Cobb Salad with Berries is the perfect, refreshing and healthy summer salad full of protein, berries, and healthy fats that will leave you feeling happy and satisfied!

As much as I love my sweets and chocolate, I have always loved a good salad. Give me all the greens, the avocado, and add a protein in there to make it a full meal. So this Chicken Cobb Salad with Berries is absolute perfection for me. It has everything you need for a delicious, healthy, balanced meal. Did I mention delicious? Because it is. Oh so very delicious.

Even my toddler, who can be a handful at meal times loves all the components of this salad. She’ll even ask for pieces of “purple salad” and gobble it up. She’ll be 4 in August, and I feel like we are closer to her eating less of her meals deconstructed, which is exciting. But the fact that she loves berries – and boy does she love her berries – makes for one happy mama. Oh, and the feta cheese doesn’t hurt, either. That girl loves cheese more than anyone I’ve ever known.

3.) To assemble, use a large salad bowl and place the salad greens in first. Then make rows with the hardboiled eggs, blackberries, chicken, avocado, raspberries, and feta.
