This Bloody Mary Cheese Ball has all the flavors you love in the classic beverage and is the perfect appetizer for your next brunch!

I love a good Bloody Mary, especially when it’s extra spicy. But sometimes, it’s fun to have those delicious flavors in an edible form. And I’m not talking about the mountains of skewers that many bars put in their Bloody Mary glasses. I’m talking about food, like this Bloody Mary Cheese Ball!
It’s the perfect blend of Bloody Mary flavors and creamy cheese, rolled in crispy bacon and parsley, that all ages can enjoy (because, there’s no alcohol in it). Scoop it up with crackers or celery and it’s a party appetizer your guests will rave about!

I made this Bloody Mary Cheese Ball when my good friend Kylee was here visiting, and we ate a little of it while she was here. And then I finished off the rest of it after she left. All by myself. I felt a little bad that I didn’t share, but it was so good I couldn’t help myself! I mean, just look at it! Can you blame me??
And with the beginning of a new year, this would be the perfect appetizer to serve at any upcoming brunches or social gatherings you may be having! I mean, what’s a brunch without some sort of Bloody Mary deliciousness??

1.) Add the softened cream cheese and shredded white cheddar to a large bowl. Use a spatula to mix until smooth. (Alternately you can use a hand or stand mixer to do the mixing.)
2.) Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, celery salt, and black pepper and mix until fully combined.
3.) Use a spatula to scrape all the cheese mixture into the middle of the bowl, then place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to help it firm up a bit.
4.) Remove cheese ball from fridge and use hands to roll and smooth into a ball. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and place it into the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
5.) Meanwhile, combine the crumbled bacon and parsley in a medium bowl and mix well.
6.) Remove the chilled cheese ball from the fridge and place into the bowl of bacon and parsley and gently turn to coat all sides.
7.) Store wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container until you’re ready to serve it. Garnish with olives, and serve with your favorite crackers, celery sticks, dried fruit and/or nuts.

Trust me when I say that this cheese ball is hard to walk away from. I probably could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting, but I did practice some self-control and spread it out of a few days. At a party though? It’ll be gone in a hot second.
