Blackberry Honey Grilled Salmon is topped dried blackberry and honey seasoning and is a refreshing dish for summer grilling!
This post is sponsored in conjunction with #BBQWeek. The sponsors, Rainier Foods and Intensity Academy, generously provided samples to participants to aid in the creation of the #BBQWeek recipes and prize packages to give away to the readers. However, all opinions are mine alone.
Typically, when someone mentions BBQ, we think of steaks, burgers, ribs, pork chops, or kabobs, right? But usually, I don’t think of fish when grilling is mentioned, and that just seems so silly to me! I mean, if you’ve ever had grilled fish before, you know it’s amazing, but we’re all cavepeople-y and want all.the.meat! Right?? Well, not anymore, my friends. Noooot. Any. More.
There are a number of fleshy fish that are great for grilling. Shark, Tuna, Halibut, and of course SALMON!! Which happens to be my favorite of all the fishies. And when you season it with Rainier Foods‘ Blackberry Smoky Honey Seasoning & Rub….you’ll never think of grilling the same. Not because we don’t all still love our traditional grilling meats, but now we have more delicious options that we maybe didn’t think about before. Ya feel me?? Or maybe you’re one of the people who actually do grill fish – and now you have a new recipe to throw into the rotation! You’ll thank me, I promise. Also, I know that blackberry honey seasoning might sound odd to some, or maybe it just sounds odd for salmon, but trust me – it is so delicious. Especially when you finish that grilled salmon off with a drizzle of honey. Drool-worthy doesn’t even begin to cover it.
