Hello, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends! We started the week off a little rough with baby girl coming down with bronchiolitis, but fortunately the worst of hit came and went on Wednesday so we were able to go enjoy Thanksgiving with my family and not have her feeling terrible. I got to see a lot of my family that I hardly see outside the social media world and it was really nice!
Now, back to our regular schedule of work and daycare, and all the chaos that goes with that. I had planned some meals around expected leftover turkey, which we wound up not having, so I had to make a few last minute adjustments. Oops!
Can you believe it will be December in FOUR DAYS?!? I am proud that I have actually finished most of my Christmas shopping, but will still have to get a few small things for J and the baby. Eek!

Monday – Easy Teriyaki-Glazed Salmon, Cucumber, and Avocado Rice Bowls
Tuesday – Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Wednesday – Stir-Fried Black Pepper Venison, Brown Rice
Thursday – Honey mustard chicken with turmeric, couscous, roasted carrots
Friday – Slow cooker sheet pan chicken nachos
Saturday – TBD – probably something on the grill
