Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving week??? Because, I can’t. Not only has the weather been very (predictably Texas) un-fall-like, but I have just been too busy to even wrap my head around the fact that the holidays are officially upon us. Christmas is essentially a month away, and I have yet to start shopping. Yaaay.
Nonetheless, Christmas is coming. But let’s enjoy Thanksgiving first. Whether you are hosting or going as a guest to someone’s home, enjoy the good food and time with loved ones!
Sunday – Venison Parmesan with basil, spinach, garlic fettuccini
Monday – Slow cooker sweet n spicy venison chili
Tuesday – Salmon BLT Tacos
Wednesday – Pastrami & Swiss on Rye Panini, sweet tater fries
Thursday – Thanksgiving with my family. I am taking Butternut Squash & Cranberry Pilaf and Oatmeal Raisin Cinnamon Chip Cookies
Friday – Slow cooker sheet pan chicken nachos
Saturday – Turkey pot pie (with leftover turkey)
