Well! If you saw my last Sweet Musings post, you know that I just got a new job – which I started this past week, and whew! has it been a whirlwind! It’s definitely taking some adjusting to get used to our new schedule, and because traffic is unpredictable I really have to give extra consideration to the meals I plan on week nights.
I wake up at 5 a.m. so that I can do some dinner prep before starting the day, to alleviate most, if not all, of that part of cooking from the evening schedule. It’s been a big help so far. At least for week one! I’m super loving my new job and co-workers, and I’m so thankful for this new chapter in my life. So, bear with me as I adjust to the new life schedule and figure out how to balance work/home life/blog life – I promise to have actual FOOD posts up again very soon!
Sunday – Venison Chorizo Mac n Cheese
Monday – Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken, Brown Rice, Broccoli
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Chipotle Beef Tacos
Wednesday – Asian Pork Meatballs with Coconut Rice
Thursday – Salmon Cakes with Mustard Sauce, side salad
Friday – BBQ Chicken Quesadillas
Saturday – Venison Parmesan w/spaghetti noodles, side salad
